pmOne AG continues successful business development

Significant increase in sales for 2012 expected, assisted by the company’s growing line of business intelligence products

Unterschleißheim/Vienna/Wallisellen, February 14, 2012 – The ongoing trend of sales growth continues for pmOne AG as the company begins its fifth year. The Business Intelligence (BI) and Performance Management (PM) solution provider generated 17.2 million euros revenue in fiscal year 2011. This equates to organic growth of 41 percent. Last year pmOne saw continued positive demand for the company’s innovative data warehousing and corporate performance management solutions. The many new customers from various industries who have opted for services and products from pmOne include midsized and large companies in German-speaking countries. pmOne customers include Gruner + Jahr, the Austrian Federal Ministry for Science and Research, RBI, SoftwareOne and Vorwerk. 2011 was a particularly good year for pmOne’s sales of CPM solution Tagetik 4.0, a corporate performance management tool that has been gaining market share in Germany.

“Looking back at 2011, we have seen continued strong sales growth in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. In addition to consistently popular topics such as Data Warehouse, Business Planning and Consolidation, we also benefit from the increasing demand for self-service business intelligence solutions that are embedded in portals such as SharePoint. The successful integration of SharePoint specialists from Mind Business in 2011 has expanded our offerings in this area, and increased opportunities in this market,” said Stefan Sexl, CEO of pmOne AG.

Product revenue from pmOne’s own software suite has been generating an increasing proportion of the company’s revenue. The suite includes project accelerators for data modeling (OneMind), SAP connectivity (OneConnect), as well as reporting and data visualization (OneBoard). These products, which extend the capabilities of Microsoft BI technology, are available this year for the first time to customers outside Central Europe. Sales efforts are already under way, for example, in cooperation with U.S. Microsoft Partner Neudesic.

Given these circumstances, pmOne AG expects revenue growth for the current year to be well into the double digits. The positive outlook carries over to the smooth integration of Mind Business GmbH, starting back in September 2011. At present, pmOne AG employs over 150 business intelligence and collaboration solution experts.
